Project overview
Maps and the website were out of step. We aligned the name, phone, and services, gave each searched service its own page, and set a review ask after a finished job so a nearby search has a reason to call.
VIQQ scope: Google Business Profile, service pages, review rhythm
Challenge → solution
Same traffic - clearer path to action.
Before
- Profile and site out of sync
- One generic services page
- Quiet review history
After - live build
- One name, phone, and address
- A page per service
- A review after the job
Problem
- The Google Business Profile and the website told two different stories: name, phone, and services did not match.
- High-intent searches had no page of their own. Everything sat on one generic services list.
- Reviews were occasional, so the profile looked quieter than the work actually was.
- Photos and categories were stale, so Maps had little reason to show the business for a nearby search.
What we changed
- Aligned the profile, the site, and the citations: one name, one phone, one address, one set of services.
- Published service pages that answer the search, with the area served and a clear way to call.
- Set a simple review ask after a finished job, so new proof shows up on the profile.
- Updated categories, photos, and posts so the profile looks like a business that is open and working.
What we built
Deliverable 01
One business, everywhere
Profile, website, and citations share the same name, phone, address, and services.
Deliverable 02
A page for the search
Each service people look for has a page with the area served and a way to call, instead of one generic list.
Deliverable 03
Reviews after the job
A short ask when the work is done, so the profile keeps collecting proof from real customers.
Result
- Maps and the website describe the same business.
- The services people search for have a page, not a line in a menu.
- Fresh reviews give a nearby searcher a reason to call.
- The profile is current: categories, photos, and the work the business wants to be hired for.
How visitors convert
A shorter path from first visit to the action you care about.
- 1Search nearby
- 2See the profile
- 3Open the service page
- 4Call
